Neuropathic Spondylopathy is a disorder in which there is loss of proprioception (sense of body position and self-movement) and sensation mechanisms of a segment of the spine. As a result, there are abnormal mechanical stresses on the spine causing inflammation and damage to the discs and facet joints.
